1.Pumpking in pieces (200g) 2. lutinous rice flour (90g) &rice flour (10g) 3.bean-paste filling 4.sugar
1.put pumpkin into microwave ovens for 8 minutes until soft.
2.add sugar and stir ,then grind into puree
3.add lutinous rice flour &rice flour
4.knead the batter into a smooth dough by hand, and then rub growth, into a casing size.
5.Flattening, package into the red bean paste
6.gently press into the pie on the chopping block.
7.pour some vegetable oil in the pan,add pumpkin pie with small fire.Fry it until golden,both side.
